We had a wonderful experience with Mike Henson as our Loan Officer.  We found a house at the Coast and live 2 hrs. away.  We met with Mike to discuss a loan on a rainy Sunday morning in Arroyo Grande as he was returning from helping another client move a washer and dryer into their new home.  After discussing the options and deciding how to proceed, we returned home.  Mike kept us informed, answered all our questions, and guided us through the process via phone calls, emails, and the Kings Mortgage App.  The process was fast and extremely easy.  We uploaded docs over our phone and through email with Mike's tutorage.  We closed ahead of schedule and were ready to move in in less than a month.  We attribute this to Mike's hard work and anticipating what would be needed next by the lenders and preparing us ahead of time.  We have referred Mike to friends and family and will definitely use Mike in the future.

My husband and I had been working with another loan company when we found the house of our dreams. It was the house that we envisioned our son taking his first steps in, the house where we wanted to have all our family over for Thanksgiving dinner in, the house we would grow old in. It was our forever home. In the middle of escrow we were informed that not only would they not fund our loan for the amount we needed and we were going to lose the house, but we were not eligible for a loan at all! Needless to say we were absolutely devastated and our dreams of owning our own home were crushed. A few days after my aunt recommended that we go talk to Paula Silva at Kings Mortgage. Well, I am so glad that we did because Paula saved our dream home! We got the keys today and we couldn't be more thankful for everything she has done for us. No words can explain how much her helping us get our forever home means to us! Thank you! Thank you! A millions times, thank you!
